Selection Guide
Both versions share the same 88mm diameter but differ in thickness and weight:
- Standard Use (2.5mm / 19g): Perfect for daily use and regular cups. Fully compatible with both new and old coffee printer trays (when the Macaron accessory is not used).
- For Macaron Riser (2.0mm / 16g): Thinner design, custom-molded exclusively for the macaron riser accessory to ensure perfect height alignment.
